Can you tell me how you feel after completing all 16 training sessions?

Originally, I had experience training at other personal gyms, so in order to maintain my own pace, I was planning to learn at Bulkie and be able to do it myself.

It was a learning experience for me to say that “way of thinking is completely different depending on the environment and the trainer”, and I have a stronger understanding of how to make the training work, so I can do it efficiently even when I do it myself. think.

The biggest change is the way we think about food.

When I was in Japan, I lived in a dormitory, so I couldn’t cook for myself, but I started doing it for my health.

By learning a macro way of thinking that I didn’t have in myself, I was able to get a real feeling that “my body line has changed visibly” due to the synergistic effect with training.

I think the combination of diet and training was very efficient.

Did the gym you used to go to restrict carbohydrates?

It was the sugar limit main.

I was told to eat in a well-balanced manner, but the protein is 100 grams. I was told that it was about twice my body weight, and that was the only thing I was aware of… If I ate too many calories, I would try to avoid carbohydrates by myself.

At that time, I couldn’t even think about lipids because I was obsessed with reducing the amount of protein and carbohydrates . It was very difficult because I couldn’t adjust to eating out a lot.

I was able to learn about good lipids and good carbohydrates for the first time after being taught macro diet management at Bulky . I think I learned to eat well-balanced meals.

In addition to the changes in your body numbers, did you also increase your weight during weight training?

It went up!

Before, I could only do 60kg squats 2-3 times with help, but in the 3 months I’ve been here, I’ve been able to lift 60kg by myself.

It’s easy to lift the weight I’ve been able to do so far, but I wanted to take on more challenges. At that time, I was afraid to adjust the weight by myself, so I was taught in detail and appropriately how much weight to do safely and effectively.

Are there any menus or body parts that left an impression on you during training?

“Hip Thrust” ( *training to strengthen the buttocks ) was something I had never done before, so it left an impression on me.
I knew that I could do it if I had a smith machine, so I thought I would be able to incorporate it myself in the future.

I’ve never done the “incline chest press” (*training to train the muscles in the upper chest), so I was told that it would make my décolleté line look beautiful, and I think it definitely refreshed me.

I learned that just by changing the angle of chest training, the areas that work are different. I think it’s the effect of my diet and training, but since I started going to Bulky, my rough skin has disappeared!

What was the decisive factor in choosing Bulky Fitness among the many training gyms in Singapore?

At first, I saw an advertisement in a magazine and was looking for a place with Japanese trainers.

What I was originally looking for was 2 months, let’s get results in 3 months! The decisive factor was that my body would recover if I couldn’t continue training even after the period I was attending was over, so I thought that he would do well in that part.
