How do you feel after completing all 32 sessions (4 months) of training?

The appearance and movement of the body have changed a lot!

My first goal was to improve my performance in rugby, and in particular, my instantaneous power in rugby has improved.

Of course, I noticed it myself, but I was very happy when people around me told me that my movements had changed.

Please let me know if there is anything that you think was good about the training.

It means that you have gained muscle mass while losing weight.

Paying money to go to training changed my mindset, and since I made plans ahead of time, I was able to turn down drinking parties, etc., so I was able to work on it with a firm feeling.

If I was alone, I wouldn’t have been able to continue if I was invited to a drinking party, so that was also good.

It’s all about food management! There was a clear distinction between the period of weight gain and the period of weight loss, and my body changed accordingly.

When I was increasing my weight, I gained a lot of weight, my muscle mass also increased, and the amount of body fat that increased a little was completely dropped during the weight loss period.

Of course, the numerical values ​​​​of the body have changed, but the weight has steadily increased!

I was only able to bench press 80kg, but now I can lift it up to 115kg.

Also, the chain and rubber training was especially great. I’m glad that I was able to train not only for body shaping, but also for athletes.

I was very grateful to be able to incorporate training that I had never done before.

It was also good that I was able to manage my own training methods and diet.

It is often said that “the appearance of the suit has changed a lot”.

Also, even in casual clothes, the silhouette has changed so much that people started to say, “You’ve grown big” and “You’ve got a nice body.”

In my case, my goal was not to lose weight , but to improve my performance and make my body look sharp, so it’s ideal.

With the waist 9 cm down and the chest 10 up, the physique has changed considerably even though the weight is the same.

The size has changed greatly, so I’m going to go to the suit too! smile
