Of course, one of my goals was to “reduce visible numbers” such as weight and body fat percentage, but personally I was glad that “I was taught the correct way to train ” .

It was very important that I was able to learn the proper form in terms of training in the future .

Also, my attitude towards food has changed. As for how much calories and protein I should take, even if I looked at the internet, there was too much information, and I was in a situation where I didn’t know what was right.

After going to Bulky, he instructed me to manage my diet with this kind of macro balance.

What made you start doing body makeup?

The main reason was that I wanted to lose weight. In addition, “I want you to teach me the correct training method” was also a big point.

I used to work out myself, but before I went to Bulky, I didn’t know what to do, such as how to use the equipment, what parts to train and how often . bottom.

Also, there were some supplements I was taking without knowing whether the supplements I was taking were correct or whether they were effective (bitter smile).

Do people around you tell you anything about change?

of course! People who live in Singapore often say, “You’ve lost weight !”

For lunch, I used to like to eat things like ramen, but after receiving dietary guidance here, I became able to understand what I should be eating, and I stopped eating so much. Also, it doesn’t feel particularly painful anymore.

After actually doing the training, how did you feel about the content and facilities?

That’s amazing! In the past, even if I went to the gym, I honestly didn’t know how to use it, so I couldn’t train properly.

Bulky had a lot of equipment that I couldn’t believe it was a personal gym, so I was grateful to be taught how to use each equipment and form.

From now on, the big thing is that I can now go to the gym by myself. I had the impression that racks and cables would be used by advanced weightlifters, but it seems that such equipment can be challenged in the future.

Lastly, do you have any message for those who are hesitant about joining?

I think the biggest strength is that “you can do training that is not an ad hoc training” .

I am really grateful that you are doing training that will lead to the next step, rather than restricting carbohydrates and losing weight and getting results.

I am very happy that I was able to clearly convey the “training method”, not to mention the numerical values ​​such as weight and body fat percentage.
