What is your honest impression after continuing training?

By improving my constitution, I started to think, “I want to continue to challenge various things regardless of age. To do that, I want to maintain a healthy body.” I made it.

What made you choose Bulky Fitness?

In the months since I came to Singapore, I have gradually but surely gained weight. Compared to when I was younger, my posture has worsened, and I have been suffering from back pain and stiff shoulders. I thought it would be better to review my exercise habits, etc., so I started looking for a gym. When I first saw the website, I was overwhelmed by the pictures of the macho trainers and closed the page . I saw on your website that you are doing what you are doing , and that you have introduced a macro diet management method that allows you to eat well with a correct balance. During the free counseling, I was half in doubt when I was told that I could start correcting my posture from now on, but I believed in it and decided to give it a try, so I chose Bulky Fitness.

How successful have you been?

After about two weeks, I began to lose weight little by little, and I realized that my stiff shoulders and back pain were gradually improving. After that, I continued to stretch every morning, follow my diet, and train twice a week, and I was able to lose weight while maintaining my muscle mass.

Was it difficult to manage your diet?

I manage my meals by inputting the ingredients I ate into the app, but it was fun to eat what I wanted while calculating things like, “I’m fine with my calories and fat today,” so it wasn’t spicy. is . I like foods with a lot of carbohydrates and fats, so if I was told not to eat them at all, I wouldn’t have been able to continue. When I had a private drinking party or dinner, I decided to enjoy a delicious meal even if it was overdone, and every meal was delicious and enjoyable, and I hardly felt stress.

How was the content of the training and the trainer?

I stretch every time before I start training, but from the stage of stretching, he checked my physical condition and suggested a training method based on that . I thought I would stay like this for the rest of my life because of my desk work-centered lifestyle, but if I continued to stretch myself every morning, my range of motion would increase and my back pain would decrease. I gradually became able to train with form, and I was able to enjoy training every time. The trainer’s talk during the interval was also interesting!
