I was a little worried about moving my body for the first time in a while, but I was able to enjoy training.

This time, we interviewed Ms. Y, who went to Bulky for her postpartum diet. She gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy and was unable to exercise for a while after giving birth due to a Caesarean section. I was able to return to a firm and shapely body by meal management guidance!

What is your honest impression after continuing training?

I wasn’t able to train at all during my pregnancy, so I was a little worried about moving my body for the first time in a while, but I was able to enjoy the training.

Also, when I started training, I couldn’t get a sense of where I should focus my attention on the moving parts, but every time I get specific advice from the knowledgeable trainers, so I can understand it little by little. I feel like
The hardest thing was that my muscles were sore after every workout, so it was hard to carry her daughter for a walk or go up and down the stairs.

Were the Bulky exercises harder than you thought? was it easy?

Before I got pregnant, I used to go to circuit training 5 times a week, so I didn’t feel like it was “hard”, but it was my first time training with a personal trainer, so I thought my form was wrong. I have a lot to think about, and there were times when it was “hard” when it came to the events I was not good at. smile

How was Bulky's dietary guidance?

It was my first time managing my diet, and at first I didn’t know what to eat , so it was difficult to take each PFC in a balanced way. I was able to find

I often hear the words “sugar restriction” and “lipid restriction”, but Bulkey’s diet management does not have such “restrictions”, and it was not difficult because she recommended me to eat properly.

Also, fortunately, my husband is addicted to low-pitched cooking, so it was good that I was able to take advantage of that and ask him to cook anything with low-pitched sounds.

What do you think is the reason why you were able to achieve such wonderful results in such a difficult situation after giving birth?

I think it’s thanks to the high-level training guidance and diet management guidance.

In my case, I gained nearly 20 kilos during my pregnancy, and I was not able to start exercising immediately after giving birth, so I was worried about going back to the gym. Therefore, I think it was important that the macho trainers gave me training guidance to a reasonable degree.

Also, I had no knowledge about it until now, so I had never managed my diet, but I was glad that I was able to take 3 meals with reasonable dietary management guidance. When I started going here, my daughter was nearly 6 months old and was about to start eating baby food, so it didn’t affect my breastfeeding too much.

You've made a big change, but do you think you'll be able to maintain this shape in the future?

Well, first of all, I think that I have acquired the basic knowledge about food management, so I think it will be important to apply it and incorporate it into my life in the future.

I used to train twice a week at Valky, but now I train once a week and 2-3 times a week at the gym I used to go to, and I’m exercising more than before. I hope I can continue to reduce fat without losing muscle mass!!
