Even though I was new to personal training, I was able to enjoy training without worrying!

This time, we interviewed Mr. O, who went to Bulky for a diet. In a life unrelated to exercise, even though I started running and other activities during the corona crisis, I couldn’t lose weight and my physical strength was just declining. I was impressed by the fact that my motivation for health was high and the results were solid!

What is your honest impression after continuing training?

I really enjoyed going every time!

I think that I have changed more than I expected thanks to your careful observation of my physical condition and training, and always being close to me and teaching me. Until now, I hadn’t had much to do with exercise, and it’s been over a year since I started running because of the corona crisis… However, I couldn’t lose weight and my physical strength was just declining. !
They provide effective training without imposing an unreasonable load, so I was able to enjoy it while interacting with the trainer.

How did you feel when you saw your own before-after?

I can’t believe how big I used to be…I thought.
The posture that she was worried about changed greatly, and when she noticed it, her back pain disappeared.
By training her latissimus dorsi muscles, she is also surprised by the change in her back appearance. Her standing posture has become a little more confident. (There are still some parts that I’m worried about, but…lol)

Why did you choose Bulky FItness?

The phrase “Three months that change your life” was the first thing that got me interested in Bulky.

How was the pre-enrolment counseling?

It was counseling with expectations and anxiety.

IN BODY measured the correct weight, muscle mass, fat, etc., and I was stunned by the results. However, since I was worried about my physical condition and body shape, he proposed a solid training plan, so my anxiety was resolved and I was ready for training.

Was training and diet management difficult? Please tell us your frank impressions.

Training with Bulky wasn’t hard at all. It’s a reflection point that voluntary training is not going regularly.

I think that it took a long time for the meal management to take root. I like sweets, carbohydrates, and high-fat foods, so my theme was how to incorporate alternatives. From protein drinks, bars, and other nutritious foods, I think it gradually became established as I received advice on what to take in from my diet every day. I’m happy to be able to eat more than I thought again! !
