Stop excessive sugar restriction and become a thin macho! Achieved weight -8 kg and body fat percentage -7.4%!

Mr. F, who used to practice a sugar-restricted diet at a personal gym that he used to join, and then rebounded. Bulky’s diet management method seems to have continued without overdoing it! Every time I go to training, my motivation increases, and my weight is -8kg, and my body fat percentage is -7.4% , which is an amazing result in 2 months!

It seems that I was addicted to muscle training, and I succeeded in [making training a habit] ! We asked about the secret to success in body makeup while working!

How did you feel after completing all 16 sessions?

My body has definitely changed since the beginning!

It wasn’t just that I lost muscle and my body looked poor, but that I had a good body with solid muscles where I got it , so I think I was very satisfied with the results.

Please let us know what you think of the training

I think that each time you train separately for the chest, back, and lower body, but at the personal gym I used to go to, you could do the same training continuously, or you could train without weights at all. Therefore, Bulky’s varied training was fresh.

I was able to achieve both muscle building and fat burning, and I felt that the training was very suitable for me!

I think the gym you used to go to restricted carbohydrates.

Carbohydrate restriction was really tough. (bitter smile)

I was so hungry that I couldn’t sleep at night, so… Because of that, I was stuck in a vicious circle, such as having a hard time in the morning and not being able to concentrate on my work.

However, Bulkie’s diet management method allows me to eat properly, and I’ve come to care about calories and nutrients. What’s more, I was able to eat whatever I wanted within the macro, so I was able to continue without overdoing it.

I feel that it is a diet method that I can continue in the future.

You said you rebounded once before you came to the bulky. What do you think was the reason for that rebound?

After quitting my previous gym, I stopped exercising at all. In other words, I think it’s because the training hasn’t become a habit.

After all, I couldn’t continue the sugar limit in the long term.

What made you want to go to Bulk Fitness?

I’ve heard about it before, and I ‘ve seen some of my co-workers go to Bulky Fitness and see their physiques change visibly.

Also, in Singapore, I used taxis to get around and used the elevator instead of the stairs, so I had fewer opportunities to move my body. And maybe it’s because it’s close to home (laughs).

You used to go to Bulky often on Saturdays and Sundays, but did your days off change?

This is a personal thing for me, but I’m not very good at waking up in the morning, and if I don’t have anything to do, I’ll sleep until the early afternoon or early evening.

However, by having sessions in the morning, I was able to get up properly in the morning, train, and continue my activities without sleeping, so the degree of fulfillment has increased. Also, before I started training, I drank a lot of alcohol, but now I’m more concerned about it! Now I almost only drink highballs. (smile)

If you have anything to say to those who are hesitant about joining Bulk Fitness, please.

I think that there are many people who do not know how to diet even if they try to diet by themselves, or take the wrong method and make their health worse.

At Bulk Fitness, I was able to get solid training and diet advice, and I felt that the gym kept me motivated.

By all means, please actually go through and feel it! !
