What is your honest impression of going to Valky?

Quite frankly, I’m very happy with the result. Looking at the photos and looking at the weight, there was a clear change, and I didn’t think I could do this much myself. smil

Why did you originally want to go to a personal gym?

In November of last year, I had a health checkup, and the doctor told me that my blood sugar level was rising, and that if I continued like this, I would become diabetic. I thought, “This is bad,” and then I started dieting in my own way. I thought that if I didn’t think about it a little more, I wouldn’t be able to improve any further, so I decided to ask Mr. Valky for help.

How was your diet management?

I really learned a lot about food. First of all, I told them about my eating habits, and when I thought they would tell me to eat less, I was surprised when they said, “Let’s eat more.” Lol lol I remember thinking that rice was bad and that carbohydrates should be avoided.

Natto rice is delicious, isn’t it? It was painful to be told not to eat that kind of thing, but I learned that natto rice is actually a well-balanced meal, and I learned a lot about other things. Even though I was eating more than before, my weight decreased as ideal, so I was impressed that just choosing what to eat could change my body so much.

How was the actual effect?

At first, I mainly focused on improving the results of my diet and health checkups, but I also gained stamina and improved my posture. Since I am old, I think that the probability of “falling”, “injury”, or “getting sick” will increase if I do not have a certain amount of muscle strength in my life from now on. I feel like you’ve taken care of all those worries.

I was especially surprised when I saw the photos in terms of posture!

I agree. For decades, I’ve always been aware of my stoop, and people around me often said, “You’re stooped.” It’s improved little by little, and I’m surprised to see it in the picture . By the way, when I sent the photo to my wife, she was surprised, saying, “Huh? You’ve changed so much!” Lol Of course it was good that I lost weight and my waist was tight, but I was really happy that my stoop improved visibly in 2 months.

Do you have anything to say to people of the same generation who are hesitant about joining?

I think there are many people who think, “I can’t train in my 60s or 70s.” I was able to realize that I can build muscle even after I am 70 years old , so I think you should try it at least once.

Also, I’m sure there is an image of ‘training = hard training like school days’, and I think there are many people who are uneasy, but I don’t have that kind of worry at all . They really take into consideration your age and physical condition of the day, and create a reasonable menu for you.

Not only the training, but also the trainers were all pleasant, and the private talks were really fun every time, and the hour always flew by . I think this gym is really recommended for those who can’t enjoy exercising for their health on their own.
