Interview 12

I’ve always had a flat buttocks, but my hips have improved so much that I’m surprised!

Today, despite training once a week, we have an interview with Mr. A, who has a long-standing problem, “flat buttocks”.

What is your honest impression after completing the training?

I was happy that my buttocks, which had been flat for a long time, have risen so much that I was surprised! My waist has also decreased by -4.5 cm, so I have a lot of sharpness!

Why did you choose Bulky FItness?

I had heard rumors about bulky from my friends, and even though my weight was the same as before, I noticed a change in my appearance, and I thought, “I can’t keep going like this…”. He often wears a swimsuit in a tropical country such as Singapore, so one of the reasons is that he wanted to wear a swimsuit beautifully.

How successful have you been?

I only went there once a week, but in about a month, I could see that my buttocks were lifted up. I was surprised that the constriction also came out little by little, and it was -4.5 cm thinner. My thighs and upper arms are getting thinner! When I meet my friends, they often say things like, “Your stomach has gotten thinner!” (laughs)

Was it difficult to manage your diet?

It wasn’t spicy at all! About half of the week I was over the recommended calorie count (laughs), but as I kept a record of what I ate every day, I realized that I was taking in too much fat and salt, so I changed that. You’ve become more careful. I was able to adjust it with simple things such as refraining from milk, using non-oil dressing, and using meat with less fat ! Also, I didn’t have enough dietary fiber, so I started eating while thinking about things like adding one more mushroom or seaweed, adding glutinous barley to white rice, eating brown rice or oatmeal. So it was rather fun with knowledge!

How was the content of the training and the trainer?

Training is not hard at all! (Laughs) I’ve been to about 5 personal gyms so far, but I was surprised to see solid results even though it wasn’t the hardest. The trainers also taught me politely and kindly, so I was able to continue having fun every time!

It is better to start training as early as possible! I can review my diet, so I can become a healthy and beautiful body, and I also realize that dieting without knowledge is full of risks. By the way, I used to go once a week, but if you go twice a week, you’ll get better results even faster. I highly recommend it because it gives you a sharpness in your daily life!

As you age, your buttocks will drop more and more, but if you train and manage your diet properly, you can achieve a firm butt lift.
