Interview 11

I thought it was “Ikeike macho corps”, but everyone was calm and good people. (smile)

This time the weight is -4.8 kg in 4 months. Interview with Mr. T who achieved -10.2% body fat !

Before starting the training, it seems that it was troublesome for various reasons, but the result was very satisfying!

Thank you for your hard work in four months of training! Can you tell us about your impressions of the actual experience, and what your image of the “diet gym” is before you start?

I’m really glad I did it because I got results that looked good and healthy! At first, I had a hard-to-approach image of personal gyms, thinking, “Is there only people with a high level of awareness?” I was worried that I couldn’t do it unless I was pretty stoic (laughs).

Did you have an image of "those who have been exercising for a long time to further improve themselves" or "those who are already in good shape to raise their buttocks even more"?

I agree. However, when I actually tried it, I hardly felt the height of the hurdles. There was nothing that forced me to train as hard as I had imagined . It’s a private gym, so I was able to fit in with myself, and I was able to do it without any worries because I was able to put together a menu that would be better to train here.

Then, every time you go to the gym, did you feel "It's hard to keep training..." or "It's depressing..."?

No no, it really wasn’t! Rather fun! All the trainers are good people, so I was looking forward to it every time, wondering who they were today. (smile)

I would be happy if you could say that! (Laughs) Have you changed anything other than changes in your body (physical condition, etc.) in the last 4 months?

I used to have headaches, but they are gone! Of course I feel lighter. There may be some emotional ones as well. (Laughs) My rough skin has gotten better, and above all, I’ve gotten less tired!

The oil that could not be metabolized on the skin also becomes acne. I try to reduce the fat, and the protein I take in a lot is generating my skin, so i think I'll be able to feel the effect too! Even the Before After photos have changed a lot! Looking back at the results again, the weight is -4.8 kg. An impressive result of 10.2% body fat .

That’s amazing. I am very proud of my surroundings. (Laughs) Of course, I lost a lot of fat on my face as well as my body. I’m glad I came to Bulky even if my face just got thinner. It feels great.

When I returned to Japan, I was often told that.
It was the first time in 4 months, so the whole before and after. at just the right time. “You’ve lost weight! You’ve rejuvenated!”

Aside from training, how was your diet?

It took me a while to get used to it for the first two weeks. In the first week, you’ll notice things like ‘I shouldn’t eat this’ or ‘This food has a lot of fat’. The two weeks of trial and error trying to figure out what to do with it were now difficult. However, when I consulted with the trainer about what to eat and how it was difficult for me to eat snacks and sweets, he kindly listened to me.

It can be quite difficult until you get the first trick. Have you gotten used to eating now?

I’m used to it now! After all, it was good to be able to eat sugar. If it was a sugar limit, I might have been frustrated. It’s a nice point because you can eat carbs in the macro.

After all, you can't imagine a life without delicious food. (Laughs) Finally, if you have any words for those who are hesitant about joining Bulky Fitness, please.

I really want to recommend it from the bottom of my heart. I think that dietary guidance is especially important for women. Sugar restriction is hated by the public, and the people around me hate it. Eating with someone on a sugar-restricted diet.

Yes, we are not on a sugar-restricted diet.

So, the recommended point is that you can eat anything in a well-balanced manner within the determined macro, which will correct your biased eating habits. Also, there are a lot of really good trainers (laughs).

That’s what makes me uneasy. To be honest, it’s quite a hurdle to suddenly go to a place where there are a lot of muscular macho people in their 20s at my age. I want to show that Bulky’s trainers all have good personalities (laughs). Everyone will be surprised.

You can’t tell a person’s personality just by looking at them. I wonder if macho guys in their 20s are all cool (laughs). Because.
Before I started saying, “I want to lose a little more weight before I go,” I was shy about that. But the trainers are generally calm and good people, so don’t worry about that. It’s simple inside. When I talked to him, he was a normal good person (laughs), so I look forward to it every time.

I was worried about moving my body after giving birth, but there was no need to worry!
