“Fun workout for parents and children” Successful body make-up in a healthy way!

The two of them are good friends who used to go to bulky as a parent and child and had fun training together. It seems that they were able to continue training while motivating each other. By going to Bulky, the mother lost weight -4.6kg and body fat percentage -6.4% ! It seems that the movement of the body is getting better and the back pain is gone! My daughter was happy that her body was able to wear the dress beautifully^^!

Mother: First of all, the happiest result is that my back pain is gone!

Up until now, I was like, “I can hold things lightly without being conscious of it . ” I’m the most happy!

Not only did I gain muscle, but my regular training form also improved. I think one of the reasons why my back pain disappeared was that I became better at moving my body and stopped using unnecessary force. Of course I gained muscle and strength. I think it was good that my body became functional with that plus alpha!

Mother: You have become aware of each movement when picking up things.

Daughter: Since I spend a lot of time sitting, the pain in my lower back caused by that, and the lack of exercise, made me think, “I have no physical strength.” As a teenager, I was very happy when various people told me, “You’ve gotten thinner” and “You’ve gotten smaller. ” I was happy!

How was the session with your parent and child? Please let me know if there are any differences between when you are alone and when you are in a two-person session.

Mother: In the first place, I came here as a bonus for the purpose of “improving my daughter’s constitution”. (smile)

I had never done personal training before, so I was a little worried about what it would be like. I thought I’d take it a few times just to see how her daughter was doing, but before I knew it, I was enjoying myself! (smile)

I think the merits we both received were that we could be conscious of each other and that we could both keep our motivation together.

It's a rare experience for both of us to train at the same time, so I'm grateful to have gained experience as a trainer! After that, I think it's the best to say that I was able to enjoy it more than anything. Even if it's a one-on-one situation, it's hard to have a mother by my side, so I'm happy because I have a daughter, so I'm happy and energetic. I was there!
Was the training harder than you thought? was it easy?

Mother: It wasn’t as hard as I expected . I had an even worse image. It was a little surprising because I heard it as “I won’t be able to move the next day”!

Daughter: At first, I was like, “Oh, is this good?” I thought to. I thought it was amazing because the results came out!

If you know the correct training theory, you don't need to drive in vain. If you push them unnecessarily, the fatigue of that amount will be left behind, for example, other than the target. This leads to injuries and poor posture, so I think the best way is to say, "Minimum effort yields maximum effect." If you can do training with a solid understanding of sports science, you can get such results, so I think you could enjoy the effects of our concept.

Mother: It’s good to have you adjust a few centimeters! ! There was a lot of learning every time when it was amazing. I thought, “Hey, you’re a pro!”

How was the bulky fitness trainer?

Mother: Great! I imagined a scary muscular trainer, so everyone has a beautiful face, a beautiful body, and a young person. I was really happy to be able to tell people that I wouldn’t meet if I lived a normal life ♡ (laughs)

I take my hat off to everyone’s deep knowledge, and when I thought about what they said, I thought it was true every time. I got a professional feeling that “You’re studying really hard”.

A word to those who are hesitant about joining

Mother: It’s not cheap, but I definitely think it’s worth the investment in yourself. You know when you see me (Laughs) And I think that her dietary guidance changed her daughter. Because she didn’t know what to say.

Daughter: At this age, I had an image that a personal gym was a high threshold, so I thought, “I wonder what it’s like, everyone is trying to watch it on youtube and so on.” Maintenance is important at any age . It’s much more effective to get opinions from people than to watch them on youtube, so I think it’s good to take a step and just go listen to them! There is only action!

The two of you took the first step of personal training to be brave and change your body. Through the training, I became aware of my daily movements and diet, and I was able to improve my daughter’s constitution.

I was worried about moving my body after giving birth, but there was no need to worry!
