This time, we would like to introduce Mr. Hiroto’s style of drooling chicken for those who think “I don’t have enough protein…”!

You can add one to your regular meal or serve it as a main dish, but the
reason why we recommend it is [anyway, it’s easy] + [it’s delicious] + [it’s rich in protein] !

I don’t recommend drinking too much alcohol, but lol, it goes very well with alcohol, so it’s an excellent snack.

  • about 200kcl
  • 45g protein
  • 2g fat
  • 1g sugar

[Drool chicken] recipe

1.Pour 1 tablespoon of sake over breast meat (about 200g per serving) and heat in microwave (600w) for 3 minutes. After heating, turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Chop the spring onion (1/2).
