Wholesome and Sustainable Dieting Methods

The vilification and complete elimination of certain types of food is unscientific and is an attempt to grab your attention by revolutionising weight loss methods. Bulky Fitness’ dieting approach is balanced and includes all three macronutrients as they all have their own important physiological functions.

While no-carb or low-carb diets may lead to short-term weight loss, it oftens leads to weight rebounds. At Bulky Fitness, we aim to help you lose the weight and more importantly, keep it off indefinitely.

Private Workout Space

Personal space without any other unwanted eyes on you, for an undisrupted workout. A private changing room for you to safely store your belongings and to change or wash up in peace.

Rooms are equipped with various machines and training equipment to guide you to your ideal body as fast as possible, while keeping training interesting with a variety of stimuli.

GREEN DUNGEON

The Green Dungeon is designed for women who want to build voluptuous hips as it has special machines dedicated to hip training! With a variety of different stimuli, training can be kept interesting!

The Green Dungeon also caters towards gym beginners with plenty of machines and conditioning tools to build a strong foundation.

RED DUNGEON

The Red Dungeon, with a sturdy power rack and up to 30kg dumbbells, is designed for clients who want to seriously pack on some muscle and build a tight and supple body.

For those who have finishing their dieting phase and are trying to build a beautiful shape, the Red Dungeon is the ideal choice for them.
